Neil Myers - Online Memorial Website

My most loved memory of Grandpa was a sunny summer day in Illinois, he was smiling and taking my hand, and calling me "puddin' head".  I was seven or eight at the time, but to this day, I think of that and feel loved and safe.  I will miss him so much...he brought joy to everyone who knew him.

I was fortunate to have had Neil for a mentor and teacher.  I worked under his direction at Robeson's in the late 80s.  Neil gave me a concrete foundation in Visual Merchandising and imparted much wisdom and guidance.  I am a better person for knowing him both personally and professionally.  I extend my sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I worked with Neil many years ago at Robesons department store. I reflect back to what a wonderful man he was to work with. He was so kind to me and was such a pleasure to be around. Always smiling!   My sincere condolences to his family and friends. Keeping you in my prayers during the difficult days ahead. 

    I met Neil several years ago when my Aunt Eileen brought him to Ohio to meet her family.  They stayed with me a few times and we also spent time together on a visit to Florida.  Neil was also with us when my grandmother passed away.  He was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was always laughing and so much fun to be around.  I know Aunt Eileen will miss him terribly.  They shared so many good times, especially dancing!

    My sympathy and prayers go out to his family and all who were close to him.  He was a wonderful person and will be deeply missed by many!

I will always remember how much grandpa lit up a room. He always had a smile and an encouraging thing to say to everyone. Truly one of a kind. I will miss him dearly. I love him and all of his influence he had on the people around him.
